M.A. Broadcast Journalism course is a 2-year postgraduate level Journalism course. The course arms students with all the knowledge and skill sets that are needed for building a successful career in the world of Journalism and mass media. The Course equips an student with the necessary skills that are needed by the journalist. The MA Broadcast Journalism is aimed at people who have decided to pursue a career in radio or television news and current affairs.

This course helps for design to build upon the knowledge in journalism, broadcasting, editing, writing, mass media, and production. This course also introduces to news writing for print media and newspapers including the techniques of reporting, news gathering, and interviewing. The master's degree program in broadcast journalism is designed for those students who already have a strong understanding of mass media, communications, journalistic techniques and journalistic ethics. Students are trained on how to find and research stories, how to interview people and how to write well. Our faculty helps them to become multi-skilled and familiarize them with the latest technology. Students are given live projects to work on, and practical knowledge of skills related specifically to professional broadcasting, such as TV reporting, news program producing and on-air interview techniques.
